Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item or size
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and skincare products are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order ID, reason for return, and a photo or video as proof (if applicable).
Once your request is approved, our support team will guide you through the process.

Non-returnable Items

  • Used or washed products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Innerwear and skincare items (unless defective)
